Our daughter attended play therapy sessions with Aoife when she was four years old. The experience for our daughter and ourselves was an extremely positive and life changing one for our day to day lives. Over the course of sessions we noticed huge improvements in her anxiety levels and ability to deal with situations that were previously extremely uncomfortable for her. Using the tools Aoife gave to our daughter and ourselves and implementing them into our daily lives she has developed into a well rounded young girl who integrates well in all social situations, competes in multiple team sports and is very caring and compassionate.
It is hard to put into words the impact Aoife has had on our daughters daily life, as parents we feel a lot more secure knowing she has developed the skills to deal with the challenges ahead.
