My son Charley attended Aoife with generalized anxiety due to a number of changes in his life including the diagnosis of several life threatening allergies. He had become withdrawn and started to avoid school, which he had always loved. Following investigations from our GP and armed with a recommendation from a friend we met Aoife. Over the course of a number of weeks she developed a strong relationship with Charley and was able to uncover multiple layers of his worries, many of which we were completely unaware of. She worked with him but also very importantly with us a parents to provide practical advice tools and tips to support him. As a result of her efforts and quick intervention, Charley quickly returned to his fun loving cheeky chappy self. I can’t emphasise enough how grateful we are and also the huge value we continue to have through using her tips on an ongoing basis.
