Parenting is not an easy task! You have to be an expert in so many areas in order to care for your family and for you! We have an abundance of information at our fingertips aswell as from well intended friends and family. But when your child or family as a whole, is experiencing challenges that feel bigger and beyond the usual ask, you may want a sounding board or a place where you can find answers in a private and reflective space.

I offer this as part of working with any child attending play therapy with me and for parents that solely require this consultation time. As a parent you are already holding and juggling so much, it’s ok not to have all the answers and it’s ok to seek out help.
