What are your business hours? Monday-Friday 10am-6pm

Classes run at set times, and are subject to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).

One-to-one private sessions can be arranged on request.

What about confidentiality? A GDPR policy is in place. All information gathered is strictly confidential and can only be shared with the persons permission to do so. The only reason this may not be the case is when notes are subpeonaed by court order.

Everything remains confidential.

What age group is SSP for? All ages above 18 months old

It is open to all ages.

Who is play therapy for? Play therapy is for children that are experiencing difficulties with; anxiety, trauma, adverse experiences, grief and loss, bullied/bullies, hyperactivity, sleep, eating, mood changes, social interaction, learning and challenges that have caused emotional distress and or interrupted general well-being.

What age-group is play therapy intended for? Play therapy is for all children from 3-12yrs and can be suitable for adolescents that would like to work through their difficulties creatively

Can I as a parent or guardian attend the session(s)? In general parents attend the intake session and review sessions. At times children do find it challenging to separate from their parent when the play therapist and venue are new to them and so their parents presence in the room is helpful.

Sessions can also be delivered in your home on request.

How long will it take? The minimum recommended amount of sessions is 12, beyond that depends on the child's process which will be monitored and discussed between therapist and parents/guardians
